Stockdale Service Co at 524 County Road 217, Florence, Texas.

This company is a scam. The AC unit in our house has gone out several times. Over the last 2 weeks, Stockdale Service Co. has had their service tech out 4 times and they have yet to properly fix our unit. The unit was frozen on the first visit and they weren't able to do any work but charged me a service fee regardless. The second visit the tech simply added a component. Within days the unit was frozen again. The call center guessed that he didn't add enough sealant - which should be AC repair knowledge 101. During that visit he noticed a small part in our outside unit had fused together " I see this all the time." Why he didn't look for that the previous visit is beyond me - oh wait never mind they just wanted our money. I was instructed to leave our unit off for 7-14 hours which I did. Upon turning the AC on the next day, it was not blowing cold air. I called to have a tech come out again and was told I couldn't have anyone to help until Monday (it was a Friday). Until this point I had been very patient even though they had been extremely incompetent. I insisted that I have a tech come out that day and was told it was impossible. No regard to the amount of time I've spent with an nonworking AC unit (it will be 7 days), the hours missed from work or the money I'd spent to have sub par work done. There is a total lack of customer service, as well as competent repair techs.
